Since I've been very good to Bridgeport, and Bridgeport hasn't been very good to me, I am moving. Except that I don't know to where! I have one cat, he's very clean and very shy, one fish tank, and lots of plants. Does anyone know of a place from Fairfield to Stamford, CT? JZ Knight has been channeling Ramtha for about 30 or so years now, has a wonderful school where Ramtha teaches, and in fact, Ramtha is the one who coined and defined the term "channeling". I want to raise awareness of a healing play, a one woman off-broadway show in NYC, which is also a charity event. Mia Perovetz wrote, "The Things I Wish My Mother Would Have Told Me", after losing her mother to breast cancer and returning home from working with a Lakota shaman in the Columbian jungle. This play is about her personal journey and will raise more awareness of the value of shamanic and alternative healing, as it did in London. Most notable to us shamanic types, this play is going on when the veil between the two worlds is thinnest, October 22, through November 2, 2008. Thank you for believing in my work - that is so topical and
in many ways controversial people are fearful to discuss openly some of
the area's I discuss so willingly. I do believe if we can create a
world where we don't feel any pressure and can communicate whats in our
hearts then disorders such as anxiety, eating and phobia's, and the
hole we feel when we loose someone we love can lessen slightly.
My play: The Things I Wish My Mother Would Have Told Me...is
my journey through my mothers breast cancer battle and coming to terms
with her passing. But beyond the surface it shows how as a little girl
I always feared losing my mother long before she ever got sick and how
I always wanted to run against time to be successful before she died,
how I controlled these fears of not succeeding and how I controlled my
fears of my mother dying was all decided on by me not eating. My mind
focused completely on my body. My mother was a beautiful model mother
and I wanted so much for her and everyone to see that in me before she
died.
From not eating I caused havoc on my mind, I developed all
kinds of phobia's. After she died I started to have panic attacks -
these were all my silent cries from my body saying "I"m not coping." I
decided last year (much against my fathers dismay) to go work with the
Lakota tribe in Colombia and learn Shamanic Traditions and healing
therapies that would unleash years of fear and pain. After my return,
I wrote my first full length one woman show, the next month I opened in
London and received very promising reviews, more importantly it was the
first time I admitted to anyone how I felt on the inside. It then
became my mission to bring my play to New York -
Call to Action:
I have booked a theater in the NYC at Center stage Theater - its
seats 70 people in order to give a very intimate performance to my
audience. I have raised $3000.00 so far for my show, I need to raise
another $8000.00 to put it on and for people to really learn and
receive from it.
My Mission: One is to raise awareness for Kids and young
adults going through a bereavement - Therefore I will be doing shows
for the Den for Grieving Kids.
Two: Is to share
with families and cancer patients why it is important for people to
seek out places to deal with fear and grief - The Center for hope will
then be sponsoring two nights.
Thirdly: I want
to share and promote the benefits of alternative healing - Such as the
work you do, to encourage people to seek for a truer understanding of
themselves.

Last night I saw James Arthur Ray speak, you probably remember him from the movie "The Secret". I have always liked the way he translates universal principles in down to earth ways that people can understand and practice. James truly speaks from real experience and he is a wonderful teacher. His new book is titled "Harmonic Wealth" (he does not define wealth as money) and I do recommend reading it and applying what he says to the different areas of your life, or more appropriately, to the the different areas of your CONSCIOUSNESS! I'll bet you didn't know he has immersed himself in shamanism, for many years, in different countries too. I'll write more commentary on Mr. Ray's work in other postings.

This phrase best describes my experience during Fire The Grid. Rest assured that even if you didn't have time to set aside for this event, even a fleeting thought about it will added to it's potency. So here goes. I was going into my meditation and showering myself with the golden white light of the creator and immediately was flooded, and surrounded with, a very strong, yet soft, white light, and the presences of some very happy light beings whom I have not met before. This white light gave me a feeling inside that was distantly recognizable, yet still familiar, and it was complete joy. I found it effortless to focus this light on other people and places, and I specifically sent it to many people I know, to the whole planet, to our collective consciousness, etc., and I remained in a place of gratitude for it. During the hour of focusing I became more and less aware of this light and I thought "I wish I could experience this every morning", there came a reply from these beings, "You'll have this available to you at all times". It was a truly wonderful experience!
Later, during the day, I got a clear message indicating that I needed to forgive this world for being so dense and not allowing me to fit into it. Me, a lightworker, was still holding anger against the world for not accepting, supporting, and embracing who I am, and what I do. Think about it, so many lightworkers come to this planet where societies don't understand us and go against what we feel and know is right. It seems risky to be who we really are and to offer our gifts to the world, especially if you look at history (really, don't give that any more attention!), and then get knocked down because you don't "fit in". All this breeds anger and fear in us and we both knowingly and unknowingly go around upset at the world and holding an image of the world as broken. We then are polluting the very project we came here to help. Really, if everything was hunky dorey down here we wouldn't have come here in the first place! All you lightworkers know exactly what I mean or you probably wouldn't be reading this. So, in the process of Firing the Grid and uplifting the planet, I am uplifting myself also. I'll be giving this forgiveness project some time and attention each day and I know I'll have help from these wonderful beings who asked Shelley Yates to organize Fire The Grid, and from the collective energy we created during this project. "Completely New, Totally Familiar" is what my inner connection to Source feels like each time.

It's been a long, interesting mercury retrograde. I lost my computer a few weeks before it even began and had to rebuild one all over again. I did learn a lot though. I'll write more when that little planet joyfully goes direct next week on the 9th, or 10th, depending on where you live. Also, I'm taking a leave from teaching classes for the summer, so, you can look forward to deeper and more fun workshops in September. This mornings powerful full moon in scorpio, whose energy lasts from May 1 to May 6th, 2007, gives us a great time to practice forgiveness and positive manifestation.
Forgiveness doesn't mean that you let your healthy boundaries down, it actually encourages healthy boundaries. Healthy boundaries prevent you from entering and creating situations filled with negativity, which would require you to practice even more forgiveness. Forgiveness means to change the energy/emotion you are holding to that person, situation, event, pattern, etc. In this way, you free yourself, and them, from creating more of what you don't need and want. What forgiveness does is to free up your own consciousness so you are not manifesting more of the same negativity for yourself. So in reality, forgiveness toward "them" is necessary for "you". Remember, what you hold in your consciousness becomes manifested in your outer world. Or as James Ray says in 'The Secret', "Energy flows where intention goes".
It is not necessary to take any outer action toward the other party/parties to practice forgiveness. Here's an exercise anyone can do:
It's easy, just sit down and spend some time writing down a list of the names of people, places, etc., that cause you to feel resentment, bitterness, fear, anger, rage, or hatred, and say mentally or aloud each ones name and declare "I forgive you now". When you have trouble feeling it, say aloud "I am willing to exchange pain for peace", and repeat the exercise until you feel a change has taken place. This can take a few minutes, or a few hours, so feel free to put it down and come back to it another time. Just be honest with your feelings.
In addition to forgiveness, uncording is a very helpful tool in the forgiveness process because strong negative emotions (yours or other peoples) create negative etheric cords of attachment which further hold your emotions and consciousness downward, and are counterproductive to the positive manifestation process.
Here's the exercise excerpt from my uncording article which you can do yourself.
The fastest and simplest way to cut etheric cords yourself is to mentally call Archangel Michael to come to your side and clear away all cords that are draining you. If you are unfamiliar with Archangel Michael, he is an angel who acts as a "manager" of other angels. His primary role is to protect you and to clear away all dark and fear based energy. You can ask Archangel Michael to come to your side anytime. You can even ask him to live with you permanently because angels and archangels can be everywhere at one time.
Take some deep breaths and relax. Imagine a ball of the shining white light of God over your head. Bring this shining white light down over and through your head, and cover your entire body with it. When you are saturated with this light, call on Archangel Michael, by saying: Archangel Michael I call upon you now. Please cut the cords of fear that are draining my energy and vitality. Thank you.
Stay silent for a while and be sure to relax and inhale and exhale fully during this process. You may experience sensations such as air pressure changes, or you may not. Whether you feel anything right away or not, the process is still working. You can follow Archangel Michael by visualizing him removing or cutting these cords away from you. Ask him to also escort any fear based entities back to the light. Then, ask Archangel Michael to fill any voids you many have with God's loving White Light. Don't forget to thank him once you have completed the process, or at any time during the process as well.
NOTE: I am not advocating that you completely obliterate yourself from negative emotions. All emotions have their healthy places in our lives, including fear, anger, and bitterness. What we need to do is release ourselves from holding onto the destructive emotions

You are probably familiar with the fact that crystals amplify energy. Well, crystals alone are wonderful amplifiers, but did you know that any rock will also do? Maybe not for making a radio, but what I'm saying is that all rocks naturally amplify and retain energy, or more specifically, vibrations. Yes, rocks are wonderful helpers to us from the elemental kingdom that can amplify our thoughts, intentions and prayers, especially those made up of crystals like granite. Those of you who have seen "The Secret" will remember the story about the "gratitude rocks" and the remarkable successes and healings the people had who used some simple rocks to sit in gratitude with. So, what I am suggesting to you is that when you do your prayers, meditations, or other conscious manifestation techniques, that you be in the proximity of some rocks. The closer, the better. You can sit on one, rest your back against one, or hold one in your hand, and this will help strengthen the intentions and good feelings that you are sending out into the world. For those of you who feel stuck at jobs that you don't like, you can keep a rock or a nice crystal at your desk, or carry one with you if you don't have a desk. Several times during the day hold the rock and picture your life the way you want it to be, while FEELING the way you would feel in your picture. Get in a place of feeling gratitude for this, and when you are done, don't forget to thank the rock. It is advantageous to ask the rock to help you beforehand, and then give thanks to it when you're done. The whole process takes only a few minutes, so you can do this during the day while you are at work.
Those of you who have taken my angel communication classes know that different archangels have an affinity for certain stones and crystals, and having these stones and crystals nearby will augment their specific energies. But, you can also use any type of rock to assist you in easier and clearer communications during your angel communication sessions.
Show and feel reverence for these rocks, and by using the rocks in this way, you are partaking of the love and support of our mother earth, and you are also uplifting yourself and thereby uplifting the earth as well.
