This mornings powerful full moon in scorpio, whose energy lasts from May 1 to May 6th, 2007, gives us a great time to practice forgiveness and positive manifestation.
Forgiveness doesn't mean that you let your healthy boundaries down, it actually encourages healthy boundaries. Healthy boundaries prevent you from entering and creating situations filled with negativity, which would require you to practice even more forgiveness. Forgiveness means to change the energy/emotion you are holding to that person, situation, event, pattern, etc. In this way, you free yourself, and them, from creating more of what you don't need and want. What forgiveness does is to free up your own consciousness so you are not manifesting more of the same negativity for yourself. So in reality, forgiveness toward "them" is necessary for "you". Remember, what you hold in your consciousness becomes manifested in your outer world. Or as James Ray says in 'The Secret', "Energy flows where intention goes".
It is not necessary to take any outer action toward the other party/parties to practice forgiveness. Here's an exercise anyone can do:
It's easy, just sit down and spend some time writing down a list of the names of people, places, etc., that cause you to feel resentment, bitterness, fear, anger, rage, or hatred, and say mentally or aloud each ones name and declare "I forgive you now". When you have trouble feeling it, say aloud "I am willing to exchange pain for peace", and repeat the exercise until you feel a change has taken place. This can take a few minutes, or a few hours, so feel free to put it down and come back to it another time. Just be honest with your feelings.
In addition to forgiveness, uncording is a very helpful tool in the forgiveness process because strong negative emotions (yours or other peoples) create negative etheric cords of attachment which further hold your emotions and consciousness downward, and are counterproductive to the positive manifestation process.

The fastest and simplest way to cut etheric cords yourself is to mentally call Archangel Michael to come to your side and clear away all cords that are draining you. If you are unfamiliar with Archangel Michael, he is an angel who acts as a "manager" of other angels. His primary role is to protect you and to clear away all dark and fear based energy. You can ask Archangel Michael to come to your side anytime. You can even ask him to live with you permanently because angels and archangels can be everywhere at one time.
Take some deep breaths and relax. Imagine a ball of the shining white light of God over your head. Bring this shining white light down over and through your head, and cover your entire body with it. When you are saturated with this light, call on Archangel Michael, by saying: Archangel Michael I call upon you now. Please cut the cords of fear that are draining my energy and vitality. Thank you.
Stay silent for a while and be sure to relax and inhale and exhale fully during this process. You may experience sensations such as air pressure changes, or you may not. Whether you feel anything right away or not, the process is still working. You can follow Archangel Michael by visualizing him removing or cutting these cords away from you. Ask him to also escort any fear based entities back to the light. Then, ask Archangel Michael to fill any voids you many have with God's loving White Light. Don't forget to thank him once you have completed the process, or at any time during the process as well.
NOTE: I am not advocating that you completely obliterate yourself from negative emotions. All emotions have their healthy places in our lives, including fear, anger, and bitterness. What we need to do is release ourselves from holding onto the destructive emotions
